Pero is an established company which has been operating since 1985 and because of growth we are relocating to Penygroes. Pero is one of the leading dog food producers in the UK. We are looking for a skilled individual who has experience of supervising and leading a team on a product bagging line producing our dog food. This role will be full time between 8.00am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

4. Rhaid cadw gorichwiliaeth ar yr amselen cynal a chadw a cadw adroddiad ar unrhyw broblemau neu niwed i’r system ai cyfarthrbu i’r Rheolwr y Felin a Stordy..
5. Gwneud yn siwr for y cynyrch cywir yn cael ei gynhyrchu a chadw ein systemau rheloi stoc yn gywir
6. Cadw y man gwaithyn daclus a threfnus efo cyd-aelodau y tim

Fydd y swydd yma yn un parhaol llawn amser gyda chyfleoedd yn y dyfodol wrth ir cwmni ehangu.
Fydd gallu cyfarthrbu drwy y Gymraeg yn bwysig i ni ond ansawdd a sgiliau yn unigolyn bydd yn bwysig.
The roles will involve a combination of
1. Supervision and running of a packing line bagging a number of different bag styles through the system.
2. Ensure the safe operation and efficient running of the dry product line conforming with the Health and Safety obligations.
3. Supervision of the team working on your line, and ensure that the daily and weekly targets are produced by ensuring the team is fully staffed.
4. Ensure that the maintenance schedule for the equipment is kept up to date and any faults or damage are reported in a timely manner to the Warehouse & Mill Manager.
5. Ensure that the correct stock is being produced and the Stock Control system is accurately updated.
6. Keeping the workplace clean and tidy in conjunction with all other team members
7. A FLT licence is preferable but full training will be made available for the correct person.
This full time permanent role is ideal for a hardworking individual who wishes to develop their skills as there may be further opportunities with the continual business growth.
The ability to speak Welsh would be a positive advantage but will not preclude a person with the correct skills and requirements
